House Rules

You have previously accepted the house rules during the booking process. However, we would just like to remind you, in order to keep the house in good condition and the harmony in the neighborhood.

• The property is for use only by the registered quests. If you are planning to have a visit, please let us know.

• No loud noises after 10 pm, specially when being outside.

• If you smoke, please do it in the terrace

Failure to comply with any of these rules will be considered a serious offense and the lease will automatically terminate at that time.

Other information & tips:

• Every 3 days we will have to check the ph levels to keep hot tub water in good condition. We will always notify you in advance and agree on the most convenient visiting hours for our guests.

• There is an outdoor shower in the garden. Use it before getting into the jacuzzi to keep the water in good condition.

• Please do not wear shoes inside the house

PAYMENT

We only ask for 10% deposit at the moment we confirm the booking.

The balance can be paid via bank transfer, paypal or cash.

CANCELATION POLICY

In case of cancelation, the deposit will be returned when the cancelation is made at least 30 days before arrival.

In case the cancelation is made after, the deposit will not be returned.
